We ship within the US through USPS.  Terrarium orders to Hawaii will not contain succulent plants or soil due to state restrictions.  

We longer ship internationally due to customs and shipping issues.
For teams interested in doing a virtual event that includes international team members, we are happy to provide a list of supplies if your international folks are ok sourcing their own materials.  They are welcome to join the workshop at no charge. 

Most orders will ship in 2-3 business days.  We ship Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service.

Please email us at info@craftifulstudio.com if you are not completely satisfied with your order.  Returns and exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis.

All in-person crafting including drop-in crafting and workshops is currently suspended.
